30 Seconds To Mars is currently overseas on their Into The Wild world tour, in promotion for their 2009 release, This is War. The US leg of the tour is scheduled to begin in August and run through the fall. The band has just announced additional dates during the months of September and October. Opening acts include Violent Soho, Neon Trees and New Politics.

The trio is hitting the road in 2010 in support of their third album, This Is War. 30 Seconds To Mars is the musical endeavor of actor Jared Leto, best known for his roles in Fight Club, Requiem For A Dream and Panic Room.
The Into The Wild World Tour kicked off April 9th in Las Vegas. From there the boys will travel across North America until June when they make the transition overseas. The tour will make stops in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, Finland, Sweden, France, Italy, Scotland, Ireland, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. 30 Seconds to Mars’ “This is War” is gaining ground in the alternative world, recently hitting the No. 1 spot on the Alternative National Airplay Charts with the single “Kings & Queens.”
The band is currently traveling to support “This is War,” which was released last month. The collection garnered a number of awards, including MTV Europe and Asia Awards, as well as Kerrang! Honors.
